Subscribing to an iflow Fax Number enables you to receive faxes to your PC. You can be notified of received faxes by email, pop-up and/or SMS text message. iflow's service manages your inbox.

With the Professional service level upwards you can have multiple users running the iflow Message Centre application to send faxes and receive and share incoming faxes.

All faxes are centrally located on iflow's service and can be accessed securely from any Internet enabled PC.

Sending faxes from Windows

You can send a fax from any Windows application that can print. Simply change the printer to iflow fax and print your documents. The free Message Centre software takes over. Simply type in the destination fax numbers or select them from a phone book.

All subscription levels have a personal phone book per user that can be accessed from any Internet PC. In addition, for Professional service levels and above, there is a Corporate phone book that users can share from many locations.

Auto Forwarding Instructions

All inbound fax messages can be automatically forwarded to specific users based on criteria relating to the received fax. For example faxes with specific CSIDs or sent to specific iflow fax numbers can be forwarded to a nominated user or stored in a particular folder. Auto-forwarding instructions can easily be uploaded from a spreadsheet file.

Bulk Campaigns

This powerful service enables you to upload your marketing data as a contact list and send fax documents to the list. Alternatively use one of our data Wizards to create a selection of companies from our partner's databases.
