Common Reports
Bounce Backs
All bounce-backs (whether automated replies or because of expired or incorrect email addresses) are accumulated centrally and are not directed to your inbox. A report on all bounce-back email addresses is availablle

Opened / Read
iflow's servers are updated every time a recipient reads your email. A full report of who read your email and when is available.
Replies
All valid replies (non-bounceback or auto-reply) are automatically forwarded to your inbox. In addition the replies are stored centrally and can be reproduced in a report or text file.
Unsubscribes
When a reply with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line is received, the appropriate email address is added to your Stop List. Your next campaign will not be sent to any email addresses in your Stop List.
Click Throughs
If your email contains hyperlinks, iflow's server tracks which recipients click on which links. This is a powerful tool for those who wish to analyse placement of links and their effectiveness.
